Sets out the rights, duties, and responsibilities between SGK Studio and users of our services.

Defines the service, users, members, and paid services as those terms are used throughout.
3. Effect and amendment
The terms take effect when published on the site. Amendments are announced in advance; changes unfavourable to users carry a longer notice period.
4. Registration and withdrawal
How an account is created, when we may refuse registration, and how you close an account.
5. Provision and change of services
Service scope, operating hours, and how we notify you when a service changes or is suspended.
6. User obligations
You must not submit false information, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Restriction and suspension
We may restrict or suspend use where these terms or applicable law are breached, with notice except in urgent cases.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the service and its content belong to SGK Studio. Deliverables produced under a separate contract follow that contract.
9. Personal data
Personal data is handled under our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Paid services and refunds
Payment, cancellation, and refunds follow the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — including the exception for digital content already downloaded or used (Art. 17(2)).
11. Disclaimer
We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure or by reasons attributable to the user, to the extent Korean law permits.
12. Damages
Where either party causes loss by breaching these terms, damages are payable under Korean law.
13. Dispute resolution
Korean law governs. Disputes are heard by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
14. Matters not provided for
Anything not covered here follows applicable Korean law and ordinary commercial practice.
Where a signed contract exists between us, that contract prevails over these terms for the work it covers.
