We process personal data to respond to enquiries and quotes, to provide and operate contracted services, and to meet record-keeping duties imposed by law.
2. Categories of data
Contact details you submit through enquiry forms and email (name, company, email, phone), service usage records, and data automatically collected when you visit (access logs, cookies).
3. Processing and retention period
Data is destroyed once its purpose is met, except where a statute requires longer retention — commercial books, tax records, and consumer complaint records under Korean law.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties except where you consent or a statute requires it.
5. Delegated processing
Certain processing is delegated to service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics). Each is bound by a written processing agreement, and the current list is published in the Korean original.
6. Cross-border transfer
Some processors operate outside Korea. Transfers are made only after we notify you of the recipient, country, items, and purpose, in the form required by Korean law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time, and we respond without undue delay. You can exercise these rights by email or in writing.
8. Security measures
Access is limited to the minimum necessary, credentials and personal data are encrypted, access logs are retained, and security patches and reviews run on a fixed cycle.
9. Cookies and automatic collection
We use cookies to keep the site working and to measure usage. You can refuse them in your browser settings; some functions may stop working if you do.
10. Privacy officer
The named privacy officer and contact address are published in the Korean original. Enquiries in English are answered by the same officer.
11. Remedies
You may also seek help from the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, KISA's Privacy Complaint Centre, the Prosecution Service, or the National Police Agency.
12. Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced at least seven days before they take effect, with the change history kept in the Korean original.
