Founding partners — $995/month, first three agencies, price locked for twelve months. We are opening five slots in total and not more. When they are full, there is a waitlist.

    E-signature. 50% up front for a build; first month up front for a slot.

    Progress, questions and answers all live on a shared board. Our timezones barely overlap, and that works in your favour - you write at 5pm, it is done by 9am.

    Source code, manual, recorded walkthrough. Then 30 days of written hyper-care.

The objections, answered before you ask
No calls? Really?
Really. A 30-minute discovery call exists to extract about six facts. Our intake extracts the same six, and you fill it in when it suits you rather than when both calendars agree. If we need more, we ask in writing.
What if the build is wrong?
If it fails your acceptance criteria twice, we rebuild it once at no charge. If the rebuild also fails, we refund everything for that build. That is a clause in the agreement, not a promise on a webpage.
You are in Korea. What if something goes wrong?
Our liability is capped at what you paid us, and so is our upside from a dispute - which is exactly why we would rather refund than argue. Governing law is Korean; if that is a blocker, we will agree to arbitration instead.
Will you take my client?
No, and it is a contract term rather than an assurance. We do not contact your clients during the engagement or for twelve months after, and we never appear in anything they see.
What we do not do

Being clear about this saves both of us a round of email.

  • No calls, video meetings, or live chat. Written and recorded only.
  • No EU or UK personal data unless a data processing addendum is signed first.
  • No systems without a public API. If it needs screen-scraping a desktop app, we say so and decline.
  • No open-ended retainers. One active request at a time, always.
  • No more than five partner agencies. We would rather keep a waitlist than a queue you are stuck in.
